On 21 June 2018, the Council of The New South Wales Bar Association resolved, pursuant to ss. 76 and 89(2)(b), of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW), to cancel the Australian practising certificate of Christian Roger de Robillard, with effect from midnight on 29 June 2018.
